Plasma Discover is able to upgrade hardware firmware now and features a more modern and polished look and feel. The lockscreen is now invoked when changing users. New in this version is an improved display handling which allows switching between different output methods and can be handy for presentations. Plasma 5.14.5 features the stable and flexible KDE made desktop that is loved by millions. The base of the system is Linux Kernel in version 4.19.37 which provides the necessary hardware support.
